The LB-3000 by American Weigh is a compact digital bowl scale and can be a excellent companion for weighing many things. The included removable plastic bowl itself is great for weighing and portioning to keep the items or ingredients from dirtying the scale for easier cleanup. The operation of the scale is done with four buttons which are Power, on and off, Tare to set the scale to zero, pieces/counting and modes to switch between - grams (g), ounces (oz) , troy ounces (ozt) and penny weight (dwt). The America Weight LB-3000 has a detachable lid that protects the weighing surface buttons and display when not in use.
